The average American has very few means to have their voice heard. Calling radio talk shows and letters to the editor of newspapers have their limitations. The Public Opinion section of LaurelWebInfo.com is designed so that any citizen can have their thoughts, ideas, suggestions and complaints heard. They can be written without fear of censorship (no nudity, profanity, or false slanderous remarks) and read by the world.

The Public Commentary section provides subscribers their own commentary section. Each subscriber has their own password to upload their comments to their section as often as they want, and whenever they want. Our easy to use built-in editor allows for the use of color, graphics and different fonts, as well the ability to upload pictures.

Review some of the existing public opinion and commentaries. A subscriber may use a "pen" name. All listings are in alphabetical order. We do not permit a bunch of "A’s" in front of names to get to the head of the listing page, and it serves no major purpose.

Yes, now anyone can have his or her own opinion, commentary and/or column for the world to see and read. A good writer/columnist can sell ads on his or her page. That’s right, you can make money by selling ads if you can garnish enough interest in your thoughts, ideas and writings.

Conditions and Understandings:

1. Subscribers comments are not necessarily those of LaurelWebInfo.com, and subscriber holds LaurelWebInfo.com totally harmless for anything published.
2. Subscriber agrees not to publish nudity nor use profane language.
3. Subscriber agrees not to make any derogatory statements or comments about LaurelWebInfo.com.
4. Subscriber agrees not to violate and municipal, state or federal rules, regulations or laws.
5. Subscriber agrees not to make any false or slanderous remarks.
6. Subscriber agrees to keep his/her password confidential.
7. Subscriber affirms that he/she has not previously been denied a subscription with this web site for violations of its terms, conditions or understandings.
8. Subscriber agrees to pay for any and all legal costs and fees that may result from violating any of the conditions, understandings and terms herein.
9. Subscriber agrees to abide by all LaurelWebInfo.com prevailing rules, regulations and policies.

TERMS & COST:

1. Subscriber will pay a onetime setup fee of $100, plus a month fee of $50 per month per 50KB of disc space (approximately 10 typed pages and four average size pictures).
2. Payments are due on the first of each month, with the first and last payment due in advance.
3. Either party may cancel this contract at the end of any month with a minimum of 30 days written notice after a minimum of 3 months.
4. Subscriber may increase or decrease the disc space at the end of each month.
5. Balances in the arrears more than 30 days bears an interest rate of 1½% per month, plus reasonable attorney fees of 25% or no less than $250.
